Súčasný diskurz o náboženstve a ochrane ľudských práv
Michaela Moravčíková
MORAVČÍKOVÁ, M.: The Current Discourse on Religion, the Legal State and Protection of Constitutional Rights and Freedoms. Studia Aloisiana, 5, 2014, 2, s. 5 – 15.
Religion is one of the most talked-about social phenomena in relation to the State’s management. Questions arise about the place or even the very legitimacy of religion’s presence in the public space. Public authorities are increasingly confronted with requirements related to the exercise of right to religious freedom or conscientious objection. Refl ection of this discourse is an essential starting point for managing the State.

ŠMID, M.: Law in the Beginning of the 21st Century – an Instrument of Human Whim? Studia Aloisiana, 5, 2014, 2, s. 17 – 28.
The role of Law is not only to protect the freedom of people fairly and reasonably, but also to protect and promote values. Personally in us, but also within our culture and its evolution, is a spiritual source of confi rmatory answers to the question of what truly constitutes the actual values that should be protected by Law. Human experience and the truth about human life and its meaning, defi ne the space of human behavior and values protected by Law. At the beginning of this millennium, man and his government acceded to the full-scale revision of the Law, characterized by abolishing the spiritual source of answers to the question of what constitutes real values, which should be entitled to protect. This contribution analyzes the cause of this process and its concrete expressions, especially in the legal protection of marriage and the family.
Problém naturalizmu v dialógu vedy a náboženstva
Grzegorz Bugajak
BUGAJAK, G.: The Problem of Naturalism in the Dialogue between Science and Religion. Studia Aloisiana, 5, 2014, 2, s. 29 – 46.
Basically, naturalism is the idea or belief that only laws of nature and forces operate in the world or the belief that nothing exists beyond the natural world. Adherents of naturalism assert that natural laws are the rules that govern the structure and behaviour of the universe, that the changing universe at every stage is a product of these laws. In the discussion about the mutual relation between science and religion repeatedly occur arguments which say that (1) science is naturalistic and (2) naturalism is in the straight confl ict with religion. The consequence is that science remains in the permanent confl ict with the content of religion. The aim of submitted paper is to focus on the problem of this confl ict with the regards to diff erent moments of naturalism.

KARABA, M.: Copenhagen Interpretation of Quantum Theory and its Selected Philosophical Implications. Studia Aloisiana, 5, 2014, 2, s. 47 – 63.
The Copenhagen interpretation was the fi rst general attempt to understand the world of atoms as this is represented by quantum mechanics. As the father of this interpretation is regarded mainly Niels Bohr, but also Werner Heisenberg, Max Born and other physicists made important contributions to the overall understanding of the atomic world. Today the Copenhagen interpretation is mostly regarded as synonymous with indeterminism, Bohr’s correspondence principle, Born’s statistical interpretation of the wave function, and Bohr’s complementarity interpretation of certain atomic phenomena. The presented paper is focus on analysis of base and consequences of this kind of interpretation, namely from the ontological as well as epistemological point of view.
Keywords: quantum theory, Copenhagen interpretation, complementarity, correspondence rule
